In my work with individuals and families over the past 20 years I have experienced the power of knowing that even one person really sees you, listens, and cares. I'm told that my direct communication style helps others speak more freely with me. I give each person space to explore and grow from their deepest pain and inspire their greatest ideals.
I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults find their strength and tap into their wisest self. I believe that each of us holds the answers to life's challenges. I teach skills to build self-confidence, manage stress, and strengthen relationships.
